No, we bring all professional-grade products and equipment for every cleaning. Everything needed for your clean is fully included.
2. How long will my clean take?
Cleaning times depend on the size of your home and the package you select. Larger spaces or add-ons may extend the total time, but we'll always give you an estimate before your booking is confirmed.
3. How often can I book a cleaning?
You can choose weekly (25% off), bi-weekly (20% off), monthly (10% off), or one-time service (no discount). Your confirmation email will include a short form where you can select your preferred frequency.
4. What if I'm not satisfied with a clean?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with any part of your cleaning, let us know right away and we will make it right.
