1. Do the appliances, cabinets, and drawers need to be emptied first?
Yes. All appliances, cabinets, drawers, and closets must be emptied before your cleaning. This allows us to clean every surface properly and safely.
2. Do I need to be there during the cleaning?
No — as long as we have access. Most clients provide a door code, key, or lockbox. We’ll message you when the cleaning is done.
3. What condition does the home need to be in?
The space must be empty of furniture and personal items. If items are left behind, we’ll clean around them but cannot move or dispose of belongings.
4. What’s the difference between Move-In/Out and a Deep Clean?
Move-In/Out includes everything in a Deep Clean plus appliances, cabinets, drawers, closets, interior windows, and more detailed top-to-bottom tasks.
It’s designed for empty homes that need a complete reset.
